Pay to the EcoCash merchant details on your invoice, then send us the confirmation message.
Bank transfer
Transfer in USD or ZiG to the account on your invoice. Use the invoice number as your reference.
Crypto
Pay with cryptocurrency. Such as USDT. Ask us on WhatsApp for the wallet address and network for your invoice. Only use an address given by our official number, 078 377 1089.
Cash at our office
Pay in USD cash at JomeTech Africa, 163 Chinhoyi Street, Corner Chinhoyi Street and Nelson Mandela Avenue, Harare. Bring your invoice number.
Account numbers and merchant codes are printed on each invoice, so you always pay the right account. If a detail on an invoice looks different from what you expected, WhatsApp us on 078 377 1089 before you pay.
From order to online

- Go liveWe confirm the payment, mark the invoice paid and activate your service. You get your login details by email.
Paying in ZiG
Prices are set in US dollars. If you pay in ZiG, we convert at the rate on the day you pay. The amount on your invoice is final.
Renewals
We email a renewal invoice before your hosting or domain is due, and again as a reminder. Pay before the due date to avoid suspension. Domains that expire can cost more to recover, so renew early.

Can I pay online with Paynow?
Yes. Open your invoice in the client area and click Pay Now. Paynow lets you pay with EcoCash, OneMoney, Telecash, Visa, Mastercard or ZimSwitch, and confirms the payment automatically.
Which cryptocurrencies do you accept?
Ask us on WhatsApp before you pay. We confirm the coin, network and wallet address for your invoice. Never send crypto to an address you received from anyone other than our official number, 078 377 1089, because crypto payments cannot be reversed.
Can I pay in cash?
Yes, if cash is listed above. Bring your invoice number to our office at JomeTech Africa, 163 Chinhoyi Street, Corner Chinhoyi Street and Nelson Mandela Avenue, Harare, during office hours.
How long does activation take after I pay?
Once payment is confirmed, most hosting and domain orders are activated the same business day. Sending proof of payment speeds this up.
Can I get a quotation or tax invoice for my company?
Yes. Ask on WhatsApp or by email at info@jometechafrica.com with your company name and what you need.
What happens if I pay late?
Unpaid hosting is suspended after the due date and restored when the invoice is paid. Contact us early if you need more time.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
