DOMAIN NAMING GUIDE
A good domain is easy to remember, easy to communicate and closely connected to the business name. The cleverest domain is not always the strongest domain.
Start with the business name
If the company is already established, check the exact brand name first. Customers should not have to learn a completely different name just to find the website.
Keep it easy to say and type
Imagine giving the domain to a customer over the phone. If you immediately need to explain several hyphens, unusual abbreviations or numbers, a cleaner option may be better.
Think about email before registering
The domain will probably also appear after the @ symbol in professional email addresses.
A domain that looks acceptable in a browser can still feel awkward in an address such as accounts@yourdomain.co.zw.
Choose the extension intentionally
A Zimbabwe-focused company may prefer .co.zw, while a brand with a wider international identity may also consider .com or another relevant extension.

Frequently asked questions
Should I include keywords in my domain?
Use keywords only when they fit the real business name naturally. A clear brand name is usually more important than forcing search phrases into the domain.
Should I buy several extensions?
Only when there is a genuine brand-protection or market reason to do so.

Search .co.zw and international domain options before choosing your final company identity.
