1. Can you reach real people quickly?
When your site is down or email stops working, every hour counts. Ask how support works: WhatsApp, phone, tickets, office visits, and what hours. A local team in the same time zone that knows the .co.zw system is a real advantage.
2. Can you pay the way you want?
Many international hosts only take foreign cards. Check whether you can pay with Paynow, EcoCash, bank transfer, ZiG or cash, and whether invoices are clear enough for your accountant.
3. Are backups included, and how often?

5. Is business email included?
Check how many mailboxes you get, how big they are, and whether webmail and phone setup are supported.

7. Will they move your existing site?
If you already have a website, ask whether they will migrate it for you, including email, and how they avoid downtime.
8. Is there room to grow?

9. Are the prices and limits clear?
Look at the renewal price, not just the first month. Check storage, the number of websites and email accounts, and anything sold as an extra.
10. Is there a real business behind it?
Look for a physical address, a company you can visit, reviews from local businesses, and clear terms of service.
