How to Create a Professional Email Account in cPanel
Professional email lets your business use addresses such as info@yourcompany.co.zw or sales@yourcompany.co.zw.
1. Open cPanel
Sign in to the JomeTech client portal, open the relevant hosting account and enter cPanel.
2. Open Email Accounts
In cPanel, locate the Email Accounts tool. Choose the domain that should be used for the new mailbox.
3. Create the mailbox
Enter the required mailbox name, for example sales, accounts or info. Create a strong unique password and select an appropriate mailbox quota where the interface allows it.
4. Connect your device
After creating the mailbox, use the connection or configuration information shown by cPanel to set up a supported desktop or mobile email application.
Keep the incoming and outgoing server details, ports and security settings exactly as shown for the account.
