Get email addresses on your own domain — name@yourcompany.com — with industry-leading spam filtering, mobile sync and webmail access. From $2.99/month.
Imagine you're about to hire a contractor for a $50,000 renovation. Two companies send you quotes. One emails from steve@bestbuilders.com. The other from stevebuildsthings1987@yahoo.com. Same quality work, same price — but which one feels professional? The signal you send with your email address shapes how prospects perceive you before they've read a single word.
Free email services like Gmail and Yahoo are excellent for personal use. They're not designed for business. They put your customers' inboxes through generic provider spam filters that don't know your domain, they cap how many recipients you can email at once (great for limiting spammers, terrible for newsletters), and they leave you with no recourse when an account gets flagged or suspended. Worse, you can't take that email address with you if you change providers — it's tied to a free service that owes you nothing.
Professional email hosting on your own domain solves all of this. You own the domain. You control the mailboxes. You build sender reputation. You set SPF, DKIM and DMARC records that prove to Gmail, Outlook and corporate firewalls that emails from your domain are legitimate. Most importantly, you signal to every recipient that you're a real business worth taking seriously.
JomeTech Email Hosting is purpose-built for this. Each plan includes industry-grade spam filtering with quarantine reports, virus scanning on every incoming and outgoing message, full IMAP/POP3/SMTP access for any email client, mobile push synchronisation, and a clean webmail interface for browser access. Setup takes under 10 minutes and we handle all the DNS configuration if you'd rather not.
Five tiers, from a single inbox to unlimited mailboxes for your whole organisation.
From spam protection to mobile sync, every feature included on every plan.
SpamAssassin combined with real-time blacklist checking blocks 99.5% of unwanted email before it touches your inbox. Daily quarantine reports let you review what's been filtered and whitelist legitimate senders in one click.
Every incoming and outgoing message is scanned for malicious attachments, phishing links and suspicious payloads. ClamAV signatures update every 4 hours to catch the latest threats before they reach your team.
IMAP, POP3 and SMTP — and ActiveSync on Pro plans — work flawlessly with iPhone, iPad, Android, Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird and any modern email client. Push notifications for new messages on supported devices.
Access your email from any browser with our clean, fast webmail interface. Folders, drag-and-drop attachments, integrated calendar, contacts list, search across all messages, and a full address book — all without installing anything.
Send transactional email from your website, contact forms, e-commerce store or custom apps via authenticated SMTP. Reliable delivery to Gmail, Outlook and corporate inboxes thanks to proper SPF/DKIM/DMARC setup.
Forward email from one address to another, create catch-all addresses, set up aliases like sales@ and info@ that route to existing mailboxes, and configure auto-responders for holidays — all from a clean interface.
Business plans and above include CalDAV/CardDAV support — sync calendars and address books across all your devices automatically. Works with iPhone, Android, Outlook and any calendar app that supports the standard.
We configure proper email authentication on your domain so messages reach the inbox instead of the spam folder. SPF prevents impersonation, DKIM signs outgoing mail, and DMARC tells receivers what to do with unauthenticated email.
Daily backups of all mailboxes, kept for 14 days. Accidentally deleted an important email? Open a ticket and we'll restore it from yesterday's snapshot at no charge. No more "permanent delete" panic.
We handle the technical bits. You bring a domain.
Choose the plan that matches your team size and storage needs. Most small businesses start on Business (15 mailboxes) and scale up as they grow.
After signup, you'll receive the exact DNS records to add — three MX records, one TXT record for SPF, and one CNAME for DKIM. If you bought your domain from us or use our hosting, we set everything up automatically. Otherwise, log into your registrar (GoDaddy, Namecheap, Cloudflare, etc.) and paste the records.
Use the email management interface to create accounts like info@yourcompany.com, sales@yourcompany.com, and individual user accounts. Set strong passwords or let us generate them. Storage quotas are configurable per mailbox.
We send autoconfiguration files for iOS, Android and Outlook — open them on your phone or computer and your email is ready in seconds. For everything else, we provide IMAP/SMTP server settings (also auto-detected by most modern email clients).
Test by sending a message to a Gmail account and one to an Outlook account. Check that both arrive in the inbox (not spam). If anything looks off, open a ticket and we'll review your DNS within an hour.
Not when set up correctly. We configure SPF, DKIM and DMARC properly during onboarding so receiving servers can verify your messages are legitimate. Building sender reputation is gradual — for the first few weeks of a new domain, expect some recipients to mark messages as "Not Spam" to train their filters. After that, deliverability is excellent.
Yes — every major email client works with our service via standard IMAP, POP3 and SMTP protocols. We provide auto-configuration profiles for iOS and Android that set up everything in one tap.
Our Pro plan includes ActiveSync support which provides Exchange-like push email, calendars and contacts. We're not a Google Workspace reseller, but if you specifically need Workspace we can refer you to a partner.
Yes — we can import your existing mailboxes from Gmail, Outlook 365, Yahoo, GoDaddy email, Bluehost, or any IMAP-compatible provider. Just give us your old account credentials (or app passwords for Gmail/Outlook) and we'll move everything over within 24 hours.
Register one with us — see domain pricing — and we'll automatically configure email DNS. Or buy from any registrar; we'll give you the exact records to add. You need a domain to use professional email; otherwise just stick with Gmail.
Storage quotas are per-plan. Pro plan has 100 GB total which is enough for most teams. If you need more, we offer custom email plans with TB-scale storage — message us for a quote.
Web hosting plans include basic email accounts running on the same server as your website. That's fine for low-volume use, but heavy email usage can slow down your site and vice versa. Dedicated email hosting runs on separate infrastructure optimised purely for mail — better deliverability, isolated performance, dedicated spam filtering. If email matters to your business, get a dedicated plan.
Yes — STARTTLS is enforced on SMTP submission (port 587), implicit TLS on SMTP-over-SSL (port 465), and IMAPS on port 993. All connections from your devices to our servers are encrypted by default.
Mailbox passwords can be reset by an administrator at any time. If you lose admin access entirely, we have an account recovery process that requires identity verification — we'll restore access within 24-48 hours.
Yes — to prevent spam abuse, accounts are limited to 500 outgoing messages per hour by default. Higher limits available on request for legitimate use cases (newsletters, transactional email). For mass mailing, we recommend a dedicated transactional service like SendGrid or Postmark.
Local payments, local support, and infrastructure tuned for African networks.
Most international hosting providers only accept Visa/Mastercard, which leaves out the majority of Zimbabwean small businesses who don't have access to USD-denominated cards. JomeTech accepts EcoCash, ZimSwitch debit cards, InnBucks, Paynow, plus Visa/Mastercard and PayPal for international clients. Pay from your mobile money wallet, your local bank card, or USD cash deposited at our Harare office — whichever is easiest for you.
Renewals work the same way. No surprise foreign currency conversion fees, no "we don't accept your card" rejections. We invoice in USD because hosting infrastructure is priced in USD globally — but you settle in whatever currency and method works for your business.
When you message us at 10am from Harare, you get a reply from someone awake and at a desk — not a "we'll get back to you in 18 hours" auto-responder from a US support team that's just gone to sleep. Our team is based at 163 Chinhoyi Street, Harare, working Central Africa Time, reachable on WhatsApp at +263 78 377 1089 for the kind of immediate questions that local hosts in Mauritius or South Africa take half a day to answer.
If something's urgent — a site is down, an invoice is wrong, a domain transfer is stuck — message our WhatsApp and you'll usually have a response within 15 minutes during business hours. We don't outsource support and we don't read scripts.
Hosting in the United States or Asia means every page request from your Zimbabwean visitors travels across multiple oceans before returning. We host in tier-3 European data centres with optimised routes through African internet exchanges — measurably faster for visitors in Zimbabwe, South Africa, Zambia, Kenya and Mozambique than US-based hosts. Combined with our LiteSpeed servers and built-in Cloudflare CDN, your site loads sharply for the people most likely to be looking for it.
Speed matters more on mobile networks, which is most internet usage in Zimbabwe. The faster your pages load on Econet, NetOne and TelOne data, the less likely visitors are to bounce before your content even appears.
We register and renew Zimbabwean ccTLDs (.co.zw, .org.zw, .ac.zw, .gov.zw for eligible institutions) alongside global TLDs like .com, .net, .africa and .co. We handle ZISPA registry paperwork, renewal reminders, and DNS configuration so you don't have to deal with the registry yourself. See our domain pricing page for current rates.
Having a .co.zw domain signals "we serve Zimbabwe" to both customers and search engines. Google's local search algorithm considers ccTLDs as a strong geo-targeting signal — a .co.zw site is automatically prioritised for searches from Zimbabwean users compared to a .com.
JomeTech is a registered Zimbabwean company with a physical office in central Harare. If something goes seriously wrong — and that's rare — you can come to our office at 163 Chinhoyi Street, sit across a desk from the actual person handling your account, and sort it out face-to-face. That's a level of accountability you simply don't get with hosts based half a world away who can disappear behind a faceless ticket queue when things go sideways.
We host websites for retail businesses, schools, churches, NGOs, professional services firms, restaurants and creators across Zimbabwe — from solo entrepreneurs running their first site to established companies with multi-site infrastructure. Same standards, same prices, same support level.
Set up custom email on your domain in under 10 minutes. From $2.50/month with annual billing.
