JomeTech Hosting ("we", "us") provides web hosting, email hosting, domain registration, web development and related digital services to clients ("you") under these terms.
You must provide accurate, current and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities that occur under your account.
New hosting customers may request a full refund within 30 days of initial purchase if not satisfied. The guarantee applies to hosting services only — domains, SSL certificates, web development packages and add-on services are non-refundable once active.
We guarantee 99.9% network uptime measured monthly. If we fail to meet this SLA, you may request service credit equivalent to the downtime exceeding our guarantee. Credits do not apply to scheduled maintenance, force majeure events or issues caused by your applications.
"Unmetered bandwidth" and similar terms are subject to fair use. Accounts consistently consuming resources that affect other clients on shared infrastructure may be asked to upgrade to dedicated resources or face suspension.
We perform daily automated backups with 30-day retention as a courtesy. However, you are ultimately responsible for maintaining your own backups. We are not liable for data loss.
You may cancel any service at any time from your client area. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for violation of these terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, or non-payment.
Domain names are registered through accredited registrars under their terms. Once registered, domains follow ICANN policies. Disputes are resolved through ICANN's UDRP process where applicable.
JomeTech Hosting's total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages including lost profits, data loss or business interruption.
You retain ownership of content you upload to our servers. By using our services, you grant us a limited licence to host, transmit and back up your content as needed to provide services.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Harare.
