Policies and Procedures for Cancellations

If you no longer need a service, you can cancel it through the client portal.

Steps to Cancel a Service:

  1. Log in to your client portal.
  2. Navigate to ServicesMy Services.
  3. Select the service you wish to cancel.
  4. Click Request Cancellation and specify whether you want:
    • Immediate cancellation.
    • Cancellation at the end of your billing cycle.
  5. Submit the request, and you will receive an email confirmation.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are subject to the following conditions:

  • Refunds are only available within the first 30 days of service for hosting plans, as per JomeTech Africa’s satisfaction guarantee.
  • Domains, SSL certificates, and other non-hosting services are non-refundable once registered or activated.
  • Prorated refunds may not be available for services canceled mid-term.

To request a refund:

  1. Open a support ticket through the client portal.
  2. Provide the details of the service and the reason for the refund request.
  3. Our billing team will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days.
