Policies and Procedures for Cancellations
If you no longer need a service, you can cancel it through the client portal.
Steps to Cancel a Service:
- Log in to your client portal.
- Navigate to Services → My Services.
- Select the service you wish to cancel.
- Click Request Cancellation and specify whether you want:
- Immediate cancellation.
- Cancellation at the end of your billing cycle.
- Submit the request, and you will receive an email confirmation.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are subject to the following conditions:
- Refunds are only available within the first 30 days of service for hosting plans, as per JomeTech Africa’s satisfaction guarantee.
- Domains, SSL certificates, and other non-hosting services are non-refundable once registered or activated.
- Prorated refunds may not be available for services canceled mid-term.
To request a refund:
- Open a support ticket through the client portal.
- Provide the details of the service and the reason for the refund request.
- Our billing team will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days.
