As your business or website grows, you may need to change your hosting plan. JomeTech Africa allows you to upgrade or downgrade hosting plans directly from the client portal.
How to Switch Between Plans:
- Log in to your client portal.
- Navigate to Services → My Services.
- Click on the hosting package you wish to modify.
- Select Upgrade/Downgrade from the options menu.
- Choose your desired plan and review the prorated cost (if upgrading).
- Complete the payment process to apply the change.
- Upgrades are activated immediately after payment.
- Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
