Understanding Propagation
When you update DNS settings (e.g., nameservers or records), it can take 24-48 hours for changes to propagate across the internet due to caching by ISPs or the TTL value of your DNS records.
How to Check Propagation Status
Use tools like dnschecker.org to track propagation. Enter your domain name and select the DNS record type (e.g., A, CNAME, MX). View the results to see where the changes have propagated.
Tips During Propagation
Avoid making additional DNS changes, as this can reset the propagation process. Clear your browser’s cache or use incognito mode to view updated results.
