Accessing Emails Print

1. Using Webmail Access:

You can access your email directly from a web browser:

  1. Open your browser and visit: yourdomain.com/webmail.
    (Replace "yourdomain.com" with your actual domain name.)
  2. Enter your full email address and password.
  3. Select your preferred webmail client (e.g., Roundcube or Horde).
  4. Start sending and receiving emails.

2. Configuring Email Clients (Outlook, Gmail, Thunderbird):

To set up your email account in popular email clients, follow these general instructions:

  • Incoming Server (IMAP/POP3):

    • Server: mail.yourdomain.com
    • Port:
      • IMAP: 993 (SSL/TLS enabled)
      • POP3: 995 (SSL/TLS enabled)
    • Username: Full email address (e.g., info@yourdomain.com)
    • Password: The password you created for the email account.
  • Outgoing Server (SMTP):

    • Server: mail.yourdomain.com
    • Port:
      • SMTP: 465 (SSL/TLS enabled) or 587 (STARTTLS enabled)
    • Username: Full email address (e.g., info@yourdomain.com)
    • Password: The same password as above.

Setting Up in Specific Clients:

  • Outlook:
    Use the account setup wizard and enter the above IMAP/SMTP settings. Select "Manually configure server settings" if needed.
  • Gmail:
    Go to Gmail settings → Accounts and Import → Add another email address. Enter your email details and SMTP settings.
  • Thunderbird:
    Follow the new account setup wizard and provide the IMAP/SMTP details.
