2. Configuring Email Clients (Outlook, Gmail, Thunderbird):
To set up your email account in popular email clients, follow these general instructions:

- IMAP: 993 (SSL/TLS enabled)
- POP3: 995 (SSL/TLS enabled)
- Username: Full email address (e.g., info@yourdomain.com)
