Accepted Payment Methods

JomeTech Africa supports the following payment methods for your convenience:

  • Cash Payments (contact support for details on handling cash transactions).

Steps to Pay an Invoice:

  1. Log in to your client portal.
  2. Navigate to BillingMy Invoices.
  3. Locate the unpaid invoice and click Pay Now.
  4. Select your preferred payment method and complete the payment process.
  5. Once payment is successful, you’ll receive a confirmation email, and your service will be activated or renewed.

Setting Up Auto-Renewals

Auto-renewals ensure your hosting plans and domains remain active without manual intervention.

How to Enable Auto-Renewals:

  1. Log in to your client portal.
  2. Go to Domains or Services, depending on what you want to auto-renew.
  3. Enable the Auto-Renewal toggle for the desired service or domain.
  4. Ensure your payment method is up to date for uninterrupted renewals.

Upgrading or Downgrading Plans

As your business or website grows, you may need to change your hosting plan. JomeTech Africa allows you to upgrade or downgrade hosting plans directly from the client portal.

How to Switch Between Plans:

  1. Log in to your client portal.
  2. Navigate to ServicesMy Services.
  3. Click on the hosting package you wish to modify.
  4. Select Upgrade/Downgrade from the options menu.
  5. Choose your desired plan and review the prorated cost (if upgrading).
  6. Complete the payment process to apply the change.
    • Upgrades are activated immediately after payment.
    • Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
