1. Resolving Send/Receive Issues

Follow these steps if you experience problems with sending or receiving emails:

  • Verify Your Email Settings:

    • Incoming Mail Server (IMAP/POP3):
      Server: mail.yourdomain.com
      IMAP Port: 993 (SSL) or 143 (non-SSL)
      POP3 Port: 995 (SSL) or 110 (non-SSL)
    • Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP):
      Server: mail.yourdomain.com
SMTP Port: 465 (SSL) or 587 (STARTTLS)
      Authentication: Enabled
      Username: Your full email address
Password: The password for your email account.
  • Check Disk Usage:
Log in to cPanel and navigate to Email Accounts. Ensure your email account is not exceeding its storage quota.

  • Disable Firewalls or Antivirus Temporarily:
Test email functionality by temporarily disabling firewalls or antivirus software, which may block email traffic.

  • Test Webmail Access:
Log in to Webmail by visiting yourdomain.com/webmail. If Webmail works but your email client doesn’t, the issue lies in your email client configuration.

2. Verifying Email Client Settings

Ensure your email client is configured correctly. Check the incoming and outgoing server settings as described above. Test the connection by sending a test email to and from your account. If errors persist, consult your email client documentation or contact support.
