How to Check Server Status:
- Log in to your client portal.
- Navigate to the Server Status section under Support.
- View the real-time status of your hosting server and check for ongoing maintenance or any known issues.
In case of unexpected downtime, updates will also be posted in the server status section and communicated via email.
